What to do with 5 ripe bananas!
Well that was my dilemma today. Cake did cross my mind, but it just didn’t feel like a cake day, although few and far between, there are non cake days!
A really healthy, scrumptious oat bar with no sugar.
5 ripe bananas
3 cups Museli (I used raisins and nuts)
2 Tblsp Peanut butter
1 Tblsp honey
In a large bowl mush the banana’s together.
Add the Museli and mix thoroughly. Finally add the peanut butter and honey and mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
Spread in a tray. I used a 21.5cm by 31.5cm tray.
Place in the oven at 150 degree’s for 40 minutes.
Cut into squares while hot. Cooling a wrack and munch away 😁
