Cocoa, Avocado, Almond & Coconut Milk Smoothie


I got to tell you guys this is an awesome drink. I was passing by a coffee  /smoothie stall in Fulham Broadway on my way back to pick up my daughter when the hunger for something sweet started to rage from within!

So I thought try a smoothie, it might do the trick and tick the healthy box, my good verses bad scales! I was right it did the trick and not one bit of refined sugar in it as well.

Here’s their smoothie stand:


And yes I got back home and had the exact ingredients there, so I made it and gave it my little one. 😁


1 whole ripe banana

1/2 Avocado

1/2 cup Almond milk

1/2 Coconut Milk

1 tbsp good quality dark cocoa powder

Desciated Coconut for garnishing (optional)


Peel one bannana and chop roughly.

Peel half an avocado and chop.

Add to a bowl, jug or blender as you will be blending this.

Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and mush roughly with a fork.

Pour 1/2 cup Almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut milk and blend until smooth with no lumps.

That’s it! Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinckle of desciated coconut  and enjoy.
